What We Do?
Over the past 20 years D-Mark has executed thousands of projects for Fixture Manufacturers, Fashion Houses, Department Stores, Financial Institutions, Hospitality Companies, and Multi-Unit Retailers throughout the NYC Metropolitan area, as well as the rest of the country. Our projects range from entire shop remodels to receiving and installing fixtures for chain-wide, fixture rollouts, exterior/interior signage, and the execution of multiple in-store graphics in many locations simultaneously. While the NYC Metro area is our home base, we have executed projects for our clients from Coast to Coast, from Boston to Virginia to Los Angeles and up to Seattle. Our labor resources are unlimited.

Shop-In-Shop Executions
We have executed numerous shop-in-shop projects throughout the country. We will barricade, supervise the execute demolition, framing and drywall, paint, receive and install your fixtures, clean up and take down barricades to suit your schedule seamlessly. We have executed these shop-in-shops within the walls of the largest retailers in the country.
One Door or Multi Unit Rollouts
Whether a single store installation or a national, multi-unit rollout, D-Mark is prepared and able to execute the program on your desired schedule. We provide you with the installations, documentation (photography and written proof that work has been completed) as required, and accounting to your specifications.
Over the past 20 years we have worked with many of the nation’s largest retailers executing window and in-store vinyl graphic installations. We can execute seasonal programs in or outdoor installations. Our experience with ceiling banners, wallpaper graphics, and window vinyl/film graphics and interior/exterior signage makes us the best choice to execute your program.

Maintenance and Repairs
Maintaining a positive shopping experience in your store or shop-in-shop is vital to your business. We are able to support your business by executing maintenance and repairs, as they are required. D-Mark has extensive resources throughout major markets that will execute repairs after store hours or before the store opens in the morning. We are affiliated with Professional trades as needed to execute all work.
Pre-Site Surveys
When executing fixture/graphics fabrication precise dimensions are most important. Sending a crew to each location to survey all sites can incur a great expense and delay the preparation of your information required for your fabrication process. Our In-House staff is capable of executing Pre-Site Surveys with photographs and drawings that can be directly sent to your fabricators and/or fulfillment providers at a fraction of your cost and time.
Professional Fixture Installations
Our professional teams of fixture installers will receive, inspect, and install your fixtures, as required. We will work with your project managers and/or visual merchandisers to make sure that the installations are executed flawlessly to plan.
Leadership behind the work

Mark started D-Mark Construction Corp., in 2004 and has been at the helm of the company since its inception. He is involved in every facet of the company’s operation. While working as part of the Construction team at Bradlees Department Stores from 1990 to 1999, Mark was directly involved in the construction of stores and all fixture installations in countless retail locations for the company. Mark worked as a consultant from 2000 to 2004 with many construction companies specializing in the retail and commercial industry where he was directly involved in the planning and execution of countless projects in the Metropolitan area. Mark has been involved in the construction and fixture installation industry for over 36 years and has worked in the planning and execution of retail projects, such as:
